Could I have my logo on the product?
Yes, you can have your logo on the product. Just provide us with your design or logo in AI or PS file format. You can choose the color, position of the logo, and printing options like silk screen, debossed, or embossed.
How long can I expect to get the sample? Is there any charge?
Please send us the model number of the item. Samples are free for each model, but the shipping fee is on the customer. Samples are usually sent out within 3-5 days using DHL or UPS.
How much for my own design? Is it possible to refund the sample charge once placing mass production?
The molding and sample fee depend on your design. The lead time is 5 days for sample mold and 10 days for mass production mold. The sample charge fee is returned once an order is placed. The refund of the molding fee is based on your orders. Please note that all samples sent out do not include the shipping fee.
