Remind us of your design or logo with AI or PS file. The color, position of logo, silk screen printing, debossed or embossed are available options.
How long can I expect to get the sample? Is there any charge?
Please send us the model number of the item. Sample is free for each model, shipping fee is on customer charge. Usually, samples are sent out within 3-5 days using DHL or UPS.
How much for my own design? Is it possible to refund the sample charge once placing mass production?
Molding and sample fee depend on your design. Lead time is 5 days for sample mold and 10 days for mass production mold. Sample charge fee is returned once an order is placed. Refund of molding fee is based on your orders. Please note that all samples sent out do not include shipping fee.
