How long can I expect to get the sample? Is there any charge? How many days? Please send us the model number of the item. We provide one free sample per model, with shipping costs borne by the customer. Typically, samples are sent out within 3-5 days via DHL or UPS.
How much of my own design? How many of the sample charge? Is it possible to refund once placing mass production? The molding and sample fees depend on your design. Lead time is 5 days for sample mold and 10 days for mass production mold. Sample charge will be refunded upon order placement. Molding fees may also be refunded based on your order volume.
