Is it possible to refund once placing mass production? The molding and sample fees depend on your design specifics. The lead time is 5 days for sample molds and 10 days for mass production molds. Sample charges are refundable upon order placement. Molding fees are refunded based on order volume. Note that shipping fees for samples are not included.
