5. How long can I expect to get the sample? Is there any charge?
Please send us the model number of the item you are interested in. Samples are free for each model, with shipping fees covered by the customer. Typically, samples are sent out within 3-5 days using DHL or UPS.
6. How much does my own design cost? Is there a sample charge? Can I get a refund once placing mass production?
The molding and sample fees depend on your design. Sample mold lead time is 5 days, while mass production mold lead time is 10 days. Sample charges are refunded once an order is placed, and molding fees are refunded based on your order quantity. Please note that shipping fees for samples are not included.
