4. Can I have my logo on the products? Can I provide my own design?
You can have your logo on the products by providing us with your design or logo in AI or PS file format. We offer options like silk screen printing, debossed, or embossed logos.
5. How long does it take to get a sample? Is there a charge?
Please send us the model number of the item you're interested in. Samples are free for each model, but shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Typically, samples are sent out within 3-5 days using DHL or UPS.
6. How much does it cost for my own design? Is there a sample charge? Can I get a refund for mass production?
The cost for molding and samples depends on your design. Sample mold lead time is 5 days, while mass production mold lead time is 10 days. Sample charges are refunded once an order is placed, and molding fees can be refunded based on your order quantity. Please note that shipping fees are not included in sample shipments.
