5. How long can I expect to get the sample? Is there any charge?
Please send us the model number of the item for sample requests. Samples are free for each model, with shipping fees covered by the customer. Typically, samples are sent out within 3-5 days via DHL or UPS.
6. How much does my own design cost? Is there a sample charge? Can I get a refund once placing mass production?
The cost for molding and samples depends on your design. Sample mold lead time is 5 days, while mass production mold lead time is 10 days. Sample charges are refunded upon placing an order, and molding fees are refundable based on your order quantity. Please note that shipping fees are not included in sample shipments.
