How long can I expect to get the sample? Is there any charge?
- Please send us the model number of the item for more details.
- Sample is free for each model, shipping fee is on the customer.
- Usually, samples are sent out within 3-5 days using DHL or UPS.

How much for my own design? How much is the sample charge? Is a refund possible once placing mass production?
- Molding and sample fee depend on your design.
- Lead time is 5 days for sample mold, 10 days for mass production mold.
- Sample charge fee is returned once an order is placed. Molding fee refund is based on your orders.
- Please note that all samples sent out do not include shipping fee.
